US Coin Capitol Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the US Coin Capitol Affiliate Program. By choosing to become an affiliate, you agree to abide by these rules. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the program.

Definitions

1. Affiliate: An individual or business that promotes US Coin Capitol's products or services in exchange for receiving a commission.
2. Program: The set of activities related to promoting US Coin Capitol's products or services.
3. Commission: Money earned by the Affiliate based on the terms set forth herein.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must meet the following criteria:

2. Have a valid tax identification number.
3. Complete the Affiliate Program application and be approved by US Coin Capitol.

Affiliate Obligations

1. Promote US Coin Capitol in a manner that is truthful and not misleading.
2. Use approved marketing materials provided by US Coin Capitol.
3. Disclose your affiliate relationship with US Coin Capitol when making promotions or recommendations.
4. Maintain your own website or social media channel that meets acceptable professional standards.

Commission Structure

1. Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
2. The rate of commission will be communicated at the time of affiliate approval.
3. Commissions will be paid monthly via check.

Tracking and Reporting

1. US Coin Capitol will provide tools for tracking sales generated by your affiliate link.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, any earned commissions will be paid during the next payment cycle.

Limitation of Liability

US Coin Capitol will not be liable for any losses or damages related to your participation in the Affiliate Program.

Amendments

US Coin Capitol reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina.

Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
